When using products like hand gel, cream, perfume or applying makeup, we recommend removing your piece to avoid stains and wear on the delicate materials and gemstones.

Enjoy a complimentary professional cleaning of your piece at our London and Beirut locations. To clean your jewellery at home, use a soft toothbrush with warm soapy water and gently stroke the corners of your piece.

Shipping

• Made to order – please allow 4-6 weeks for crafting and dispatch.

• Complimentary worldwide FedEx Priority shipping, fully insured until the parcel is signed for. A tracking number is emailed once your jewel is on its way; signature is required on delivery.

• Import duties, local taxes and any clearance fees are paid by the recipient on arrival (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
• 14-day returns/exchanges on unworn collection pieces in original packaging; bespoke or engraved items are final sale. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated or specifically requested by a client, all gemstones are natural, each selected for its beauty, character and individuality. Patrick is a GIA gemologist who sources stones directly from manufacturers around the world and personally verifies every one, not just its certificate. New to diamonds? Read his guide to the 4Cs.

Yes. Metal, stones, engraving and sizing can all be tailored, and most of what Patrick crafts begins as a fully bespoke commission. Share your idea through the bespoke process and he will design a one-of-a-kind piece around your story.

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted and delivered, or collect it in person from our London and Beirut locations.
